How it works

  1. Tell us what you use now with the form below. We reply within two business days.
  2. Export your client list from your current app (help below). Keep your old app running until you’re happy.
  3. We import it with you on a 20-minute video call, or you send the file and we do it. Names, phones, emails, birthdays, notes and tags come across; duplicates are skipped.
  4. Formulas and old photos: if your export includes formula notes, they go into each client’s notes. Photos usually can’t be exported from other apps; add them as you see clients.

Getting your client list out of your current app

Square Appointments. In your Square Dashboard, open Customers (Customer Directory) and use Export customers. Square gives you a CSV file.
Vagaro. Look under Customers or Reports for a customer list export to Excel or CSV. If you can't find it, ask Vagaro support for a full customer export including notes.
GlossGenius. Look in your client list or settings for an export option. If there isn't one on your plan, ask GlossGenius support to email you your client list as a CSV.
Booksy. Look under Clients for an export, or ask Booksy support for a client list export as a CSV or spreadsheet.
Fresha. Look under Clients or Reports for a client list export. Choose CSV or Excel.
Boulevard, Mangomint, Schedulicity, Acuity. Look for a client or customer export in the client list or reports. Any CSV or Excel file works.
Paper cards. No export needed. Add each client, then photograph the card as a Reference photo on their first visit so it stays with their record. On the hands-on plan, send us clear photos and we'll type them in.
